Smokers who want to quit but need help are invited to participate in the UAB Lung Health Center's (LHC) Smoking Cessation Support Group.
Participants can be referred by their health care providers via the "fax to quit" form, or they can self-refer by calling the Lung Health Center at (205) 934-5555.
When: New sessions begin the first Tuesday of each month, beginning Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, and meet each Tuesday from 3-4 p.m.
