All of our facilities are designed with patient comfort in mind and offer a dedicated environment with state-of-the-art technology where women are assisted with the physical and emotional challenges associated with gynecologic cancer. Services include screening tests and prevention education, familial risk assessment, vaccine therapy, minimally invasive surgery, advanced and radical pelvic surgery, in-office chemotherapy, and targeted cutting-edge drug therapies. Each of our physicians is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and holds a Certificate of Special Competence in gynecologic oncology.

- To UAB Highlands: The UAB Highlands Gyn-Oncology offices are conveniently located on Birmingham's Southside. From 8th Avenue South, turn south onto 13th Street South under the arched UAB overpass. Continue two blocks to find convenient parking at UAB Highlands, 1201 11th Avenue South.
- To the Decatur General Oncology Center: From Highway 20/72, turn right onto Highway 31, 6th Avenue Southeast. Proceed to 7th Street Southwest and turn left. Decatur General Oncology Center is across the street from the main hospital and next to the Decatur General parking deck.
- To the R. Franklin Parker Pavilion at Baptist South: From I-65, exit onto South Boulevard and turn left. Proceed to Narrow Lane Road and turn left. At the first light, turn right onto Normandie Drive. Proceed straight and follow the signs for parking in the lot or deck.
Appointments
Primary care and specialty physicians may call toll-free from anywhere in the region and consult with a division gyn-oncologist. Patients are appointed to a faculty member, who will then serve as that patient's personal physician throughout their prescribed course of therapy.
