Physical Therapist Assistant
Pay Scale: $18.00 - $27.50 Hourly
Status: Full-time & Part-time
Shift: Weekend
Job Summary:
Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Administrative Director, and/or therapist. Coordinates/ cooperates with assigned supportive personnel, assists with discharge planning, documents pertinent information with physical therapist supervision, communicates verbally with staff, patients and families, participates in educational activities, supports departmental operations, performs special responsibilities/ projects. Supervises attendants, work study students and volunteers.

Graduate of an APTA (accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program) and currently eligible for permanent licensure in the State of Alabama required.
