A first round of interviews will be conducted via telephone in late-October early-November. All candidates will be notified of the exact date and time as well as provided the requisite teleconference information.
For a final round of interviews, 4-6 candidates will travel to Birmingham at UAB's expense for on-site interviews with the Fellowship Advisory Committee. Final candidates will arrive on Thursday November 12th for dinner with the current fellow and other members of the committee.
The interview day begins with breakfast at 8:00 a.m. on Friday November 13th, followed by a series of interview sessions through 12:30 p.m. A luncheon will follow the interview sessions, and the entire process will end by 2 p.m. on Friday November 13th. All interviewees will be notified of the fellow selection by December 1st.
