In the last six months of the fellowship, the fellow will manage projects in his or her respective areas of interest. The projects will focus on analysis and outcomes and will require the fellow to actively participate and lead committees and teams throughout the organization. At least one of the projects will include a Health System project that involves and ultimately impacts multiple entities. In addition to the project work, the fellow will be trained in various operational and financial systems during the final months of the fellowship.
