EatRight has developed a group of programs that are tailored to you, no matter your weight-loss needs. It is a multifaceted program with diet instruction, behavior modification, support and exercise to help you make permanent lifestyle changes.

EatRight Lifestyle Classes
In a 12 week series of classes, participants learn the alternatives to those foods and behaviors that contribute to weight gain. UAB EatRight provides you with the resources and tools you need to become your own nutrition and weight management specialist.
EatRight Fitness Options
Exercise is an essential part of any weight loss plan. In order to help you achieve your goals, we offer fitness programs designed with your goals in mind.
EatRight OPTIFAST Program

EatRight OPTIFAST Program is a medically supervised meal replacement program for one year. Patients learn skills needed to maintain weight loss through nutritional counseling and behavior modification classes and then transition into 12 weeks of EatRight Lifestyle classes ensuring long-term success.
