Referrals to The Workplace are made with just a phone call. To make a referral, please call 205-933-5300 and one of our schedulers will be more than happy to schedule your appointment.
Free parking is available in the front lot located directly at the entrance of The workplace and in the gated lot just across the street. Directions can be obtained from the scheduling receptionist and are located on our Website.

All potential referrals to The Workplace should be made via direct communication with The Workplace at 205-933-5300. All inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate contact, best capable of meeting your needs. Additonal information is availible through the Medical Information Service via Telephone (MIST) is a toll-free telephone service available to all physicians across the country.
