Workers comp case managers and other representatives who visit UAB Hospital, UAB Highlands, or Spain Rehab in order to provide services/products to patients being discharged are required to obtain a UAB vendor identification badge. This badge should be worn visible at eye level while on campus. To view UAB's guidelines, see "Vendor Visitation in Medical Social Services." To obtain your badge you must bring your credentials and company information to UAB Medical Social services. There is no appointment necessary but please call first to make sure someone will be available to assist you.
