Comprehensive FCE's and IME's
Completed by Dr. James Lance D.O. M.P.H. our Medical Director of Occupational & Environmental Medicine at the Work place is a certified Medical Review Officer and Independent Medical Examiner. His evaluations include a comprehensive medical record review, physical examination for PPI with or with out restrictions. The report includes a concise summary page for quick reference. The Workplace must have all of your patients records 2 weeks prior to the appointment date or it will be canceled until the records are received.
