The UAHSF MSO Pre-Arrival Services department completes and verifies patient registration and insurance data prior to appointment date for pre-scheduled appointments. This service is provided only to those appointments scheduled in IDX within 24 hours of the date-of-service.
FRONT DESK ALERT/SCHEDULING ALERT:
Effective May 1, 2007, the UAHSF MSO Pre-Arrival area will be the only area with IDX security access for purposes of adding new insurance. Please follow protocol for connecting a patient to the pre-arrival area, as outlined in the UAHSF MSO Access Services Manual. This manual is available on-line under the IDX Training and Education link on this website.
