Front End Revenue Cycle Performance Report:
This report contains no PHI and is available for viewing by executive level and front end personnel. Click on the Performance Report link to the right to access performance reporting by Clinic Management or Clinic Location, by period. Reporting includes performance related to appointments scheduled, arrived, copay collections, HIPAA Notice, and charge lag time statistics reported at the employee level.
Front End Revenue Cycle Scorecard:
This report is sent directly to Department/Clinic Administration. Due to the volume of data being reported each month on revenue cycle processes, MSO Access Services developed the Revenue Cycle Performance Summary Report as a one page tool that allows you to immediately identify "Action" and "Review" items for your area(s). The report includes color coded stop-lights, used to identify performance levels for each revenue cycle process Access Services monitors. The color coded indicators are as follows:
"Green": These items require no action. Performance levels are meeting or exceeding expectations.
"Yellow": Areas with a yellow indicator mean performance levels are below but near expectations. Yellow areas should be monitored closely.
"Red": Red items require immediate attention as performance is below expectations. Your Access Services Manager will be reviewing action items with you during your monthly meeting to discuss education/training strategies.
NOTE: Security restrictions are in place for some reports due to confidentiality and may not be viewable by all users. Please contact the Access Services office at 205-731-9772 if you experience any difficulty accessing the reports or with questions on security access. Thank you.
