Patients of the UAB Health System will typically receive their outpatient care at one of our many neighborhood primary and specialty care locations or the
UAB Kirklin Clinic®, located in downtown Birmingham.
Patients who are hospitalized will be admitted to
UAB Hospital or the
Callahan Eye Foundation Hospital located in downtown Birmingham, Alabama or
UAB Medical West located in Bessemer, Alabama.
UAB Hospital is a Smoke Free Facility
Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors on all property owned or leased by University Hospital.
