A membership consultation prior to enrollment introduces you to the range of services available to you and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. The yearly enrollment fee is $3,000 per person. This fee is in addition to your health care insurance, which handles customary fees for covered medical services on a visit-by-visit basis. We file all insurance papers for you.
