Patient Services is actually comprised of three different departments: Social Services, Financial Counseling and Patient Relations. There are several administrative offices in our location; however, patients are seen in our area primarily for the above services. We are located on the 2nd floor of The Kirklin Clinic in between the parking deck crosswalk and the pharmacy. Appointments are available for each of our services, but not required. Our hours of operation are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Following is a brief description and contact information for each service to help in directing patients to the appropriate patient services department.
